It was a delicious pizza! This ended up being the toppings:
It’s the sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, pepperoni, hard salami, mushrooms, jalapeno peppers and bell peppers.
Here’s the finished product:
Vince looked at it and said “A big one for me and a small one for you?” I had planned for us to share the larger one and save the smaller one and that’s how it worked out.
Noreen’s pizza sauce really is the best recipe I’ve tried. I love it and Vince loved it too but he’s never met a pizza he didn’t like.

The nice thing about pizza is you can leave toppings off one part if you don’t both like the same thing.
I just so happened to bring my Peter Reinhart pizza cookbook with me to Arizona (which I own because of you :)). I am going to try making pizza dough again–I’ve been lazy lately using my Artisan Bread dough all the time.
And I’m also going to try that sauce recipe. I’ve been using a recipe I found on a Instant Pot cooking blog–I don’t use my Instant Pot to make it but I liked the recipe–all of a sudden I’ve decided I don’t like the fennel in the sauce so I will try the recipe you recommended.
