Happy Thanksgiving!

My wish for all of you is for a happy and safe Thanksgiving.

We’re going to a friend’s today . . be gone most of the day. I should get a little knitting time in while we’re in the car.

Last night I was sitting and knitting. Vince hada  movie on the TV and a 3D printer going. I thought . . we’re officially old folks but we love it that way.

Vince printed the cutest little reindeer.

Can you see the detail on his hooves? His legs move in all directions.

Vince made him for Addie but I kinda want him.

I think I heard yesterday that he’s ordered another 3D printer. Sounds like a yarn order may be in order. 🙂

  2. Happy Thanksgiving to you and Vince. I love the reindeer that Vince made. With the hats and pom poms and the reindeer Addie will be one happy little girl, and very stylish too. I really do thing that Vince should make a whole Santa and his sleigh set, that would be a darling display for Christmas, or for Addie to play with.

  7. Love the “Splat the Reindeer” picture! 🙂 Apparently the retirement budget doesn’t apply to 3-D printers. Those things aren’t cheap. You’re going to have to work hard to match Vince $ for $ buying yarn, but it might be fun to try. LOL

  11. I love this!! What a cute present for her!! She is going to love it! He may not be “Grumps” for long after she sees what he is doing for her! I think he is just trying to make us think he is Scrooge! He sounds like a loving Grandpa to me! But if the printer comes, the yarn must be on the way by then!!

  12. Happy Thanksgiving to you and Vince! The reindeer is as cute as can be.(So cute that I would like one, also!) I had heard about 3D printers on tv making amazing things used in the medical field but what Vince is making is truly fascinating!

  16. Splat the reindeer is darling! He would be even more “darling” in purple. lol I agree with another who commented that the yarn budget will not be a problem if keeping up with the “printer” budget of Vince’s. This is what being retired is for. Enjoy yourselves with your passions.
