YES! He bought 27 more bags of cranberries. The lesson I’ve learned is that I should never have started serving it for breakfast til they were all gone in the store.
We walked into Aldi and I told the lady checking . Do NOT let him buy more cranberries. She said “Why?” I told her I’ll never get done with the cranberries I always have. We picked up a few things we needed and first thing I knew, there were more cranberries in the cart.
I guess we know what I’ll be doing tomorrow!

I have been craving cranberries for a couple of months, and your posts have just made it worse. Hubby is on blood thinners and can only have in small amounts. I could not wait any longer so went ahead and used my one “lonely, little” bag with a couple of apples and made my cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving. Should have split it into 2 bowls as no one else in the family cares if they have it or not and I could have eaten one bowl before then.

That is seriously cutting into your knitting time. Or is that Vince’s devious plan…..to keep you busy in the kitchen so you wouldn’t have time to order more yarn. We are onto him….LOL
Ruth says
Perhaps Vince needs to be right there in the kitchen helping you cook these 27 bags of cranberries……it’s too much for one person with a hurting knee.

I agree with other posts. Vince should be standing right there helping you. Then when he sees what all goes in to it MAYBE he will have a little more consideration for you. There comes a time when enough is enough!

Wow. All I can say is Vince really loves cranberries. Maybe he should invest in a bog!

Vince should be totally responsible for the remaining bags of cranberries. Not Judy!!! Tell him to find a non food item to spend money on. He could also use that money to help the homeless.

I would tell him the remaining bags are his to deal with. Plus think of the other folks in your town who might like to buy cranberries.

Wow, that is a LOT of cranberries! Even without all that you have already processed!
Are you going to make cranberry liqueur again? I seem to remember you liked it, but I’ve made it and think it doesn’t use that many cranberries,

With a glass half full attitude at least you won’t have to can cranberries for a year or more. I definitely have to stop in at Aldi’s each time we are in the city which is at least once a week. That cobbler is still making me drool. LOL.

All your cranberries make me want to bake some things with cranberries…I have a cranberry muffin recipe (that I bake as a loaf) that is yummy. I also have a cranberry cookie recipe. The cookie recipe uses whole cranberries, and the muffins use ground up cranberries…I have several bags of cranberries in the freezer, so I just need to find them…
