I don’t cook mine. Grind fresh cranberries with fresh seeded whole orange. Add sugar — make a few days ahead of time. I cannot make enough of this for my granddaughter.

I’ll be putting caned ones in red or orange Jello, with very little water, and enjoying it! Very easy, very tasty, and almost no work. That’s me. All about being lazy!

I’m going out with friends for Thanksgiving, but I’m still planning to make my mother’s cranberry sauce this afternoon…yes, I love it enough to make it no matter what. I may make it again for Christmas too! It’s made from fresh cranberries and has celery and pecans in it. Yum. I can very happily eat cranberry sauce for breakfast, lunch and dinner…
