Today was Nicole’s scheduled teacher conference at school and she invited me to go along. We got a great report on Addie. The teacher said she’s very kind and a good friend to the other students and that she’s aware when other kids are struggling or having a bad day and Addie always tries to do things to make them feel better. I think the teacher really likes Addie.
Out in the hall was a bulletin board where all the kids had created a jack-o-lantern and written a sentence about it.

I love it! Shows a lot of creativity. Addie is like she is because of her parents and her grandmother. I know you are just like this and you passed it down to Chad. Since I don’t know Nicole’s parents I can’t speak for them. She gets this naturally!
