Unicorn Mittens & Hat
The embroidered things are supposed to be eyes. I didn’t have the right yarn, floss was too small so I made do. She will be happy with them.
When you put your thumbs in the thumb spot and point your thumb up, it looks like the unicorn horn.
Nicole will make a pom pom for the hat using the striped yarn and then they will all be ready to wear. I am glad to have these done. Why do all my good ideas sound so great til I actually start doing them. I don’t like one thing about making mittens but . . I did them! And, that should get me some good points with Addie!

They’re cute, and I could tell those were eyes. The thing she will remember was that you made something for her that she wanted. They will probably be loved to death. I hope she’s out of unicorns by the time she outgrows them. =)

Those are so darn cute. She is going to love wearing them. She will think of you each time she puts them on and know that she is greatly loved by her grandmother. She will treasure them always .Somehow we always do things for our grandchildren we would have never done for our own kids. That is because they( grandkids) are grand.
