Yesterday I found yarn at JoAnn’s for the mittens and gloves. It’s acrylic, which means it can be machine washed and dried. I’m not fond of knitting with acrylic yarn but . . it’s what I could get in Joplin.
Yarn for Mittens & Hats
The plan is to make mittens with the pink yarn and mittens with the lavender yarn and the mane and ribbing will be with the multi yarn. Then I’ll use the pink and purple and multi to make two matching striped hats.
I had hoped to be able to knit a bit last night but Addie decided she was scared and I had to go to bed with her at 8:00 p.m. I planned to stay til she fell asleep and, of course, I fell asleep before she did.
