For some reason, I was in a mood to finish up some UFO’s this month. I didn’t make much of a dent in the UFO stack but I finished more than I usually do.
First, I finished my Smooth Operator Socks, which I had started almost one and one-half years ago.
Second, I finished my Geek socks which were started almost two years ago.
Third, I finished the lime green socks which had been started almost five months ago.
Last for the finished socks – Magnolia socks which were also started about five months ago.
I started and finished the Elfsheen test knit in September.
I’m very happy with what I accomplished in September and hope to have even more to show for October.

Always good to cross something off your UFO list!! Looks like your feet’ll be warm! I finished painting my fireplace brick (and that was a LOT of brick). Now my goals are to clean out two bedrooms filled with too much junk and get some more of my row by rows done..maybe even get a top together. We’ll see….

It is WONDERFUL to hear of and see projects actually getting finished! I appreciate it! Now, if I could just make myself learn how to block some small knit blankets…

Winter is coming. You’re going to need ALL those socks, even in Texas! That was a good month for knitting.

Great progress Judy, and then best part is that you have new socks just in time for the weather to cool down!
