Another pair of socks that should have been finished a long, long time ago. I started these in October, 2016 . . almost two years ago. The socks were finished fairly quickly but I had to finish the afterthought heels.
Afterthought Heel Socks
The main yarn for the socks was a self striping yarn by Stray Cat. The toes were done with Blue Moon Tigger Targhee. The heels are done with a mystery yarn that I happened to see laying
I had never done those and now I’ve done two pair of socks with afterthought heels in just a few days.
Geek Socks
They’re finished. They fit and I’m happy with them and happy to have them off my UFO list!

Those are super cute!!! No clue what after thought heels are (since I don’t knit and rarely crochet) but they look great!
