Nicole, Addie and I made slime while I was there. Addie really enjoyed playing with it. Nicole quickly learned that vinegar will take slime off carpet and clothes. 🙂
Glitter
We went to Hobby Lobby today (along with a hardware store, a plumbing supply store, Home Depot, Harbor Freight and Aldi!) and I found some pretty glitter for adding to another slime project.

Omg! I think I would have to disown you if sent that to my daughter! I am somewhat lenient on slime…but bottles of glitter….no way!

I ban glitter pretty darn quick. If it stayed in the slime it would be okay but it ends up everywhere – immediately!! My granddaughter will make 6 or 7 batches of slime every time she comes over. Shaving cream makes a great addition!!

I once met a mother who banned glitter from her home entirely. She had carried her baby around for Halloween, and the baby had a headband with glittered balls on it that kept hitting her in the eyes. The glitter caused her vision problems and she decided on No More Glitter Ever.

I would not aggravate that wonderful daughter-in-law too much. You might find glitter in your bed next visit LOL. I can just see you glitter bombed!
