Things strike me as odd/funny that others probably think aren’t odd or funny.
I bought the Roosevelt Cardigan the other day because someone had mentioned it in a post on Ravelry. I tend not to buy patterns that aren’t purchased through Ravelry because if I can add them to my Ravelry library, I’ve never done it and without them being in my Ravelry library, I forget about them. But, I love this Roosevelt Cardi so I bought it.
Later, when I was looking at the new patterns, I saw Carrick Bend and loved it, bought it and later when I was adding both to Knit Companion, I realized they’re both by Amanda Scheuzger . . a designer I’ve never noticed before.
Amanda has quite a few patterns that I like!
I do think that as soon as I finish my Camp Loopy August project, I’m going to dig up some yarn and at least swatch for Roosevelt Cardigan.

You might as well plan to make one. Do you have any UFOs to finish? If not, you can knit one of these while you think about what should be next in the queue. =)

dezertsuz, perhaps you haven’t been reading Patchworktimes for very long. Judy has about 50 bags of UFOs all stashed away. That’s where many of her knitting needles are…
