Any trip when I get to spend two weeks with Chad, Nicole and Addie is a wonderful trip but I also managed to eat at my favorite sushi place three times and yes, I ate the rice. Today I’m back on the strict diet.
Sushi
Addie and I went to Joplin first and had sushi. Then Nicole, Addie and I went back. Then Chad was off on a day that Nicole was working and Addie was in school so he and I went to Joplin for sushi. I doubt I’ll have it again til I’m back here in October.

All in all would you say you pretty much were able to stick to your diet or was it hard?

It looks pretty, but I know it tastes like fish. LOL
