A Little Yarn Shopping

There were several projects Nicole wanted to make so I was ordering yarn for her and . . a bit jumped in the cart for me! Imagine that happening.

I think I’ve already told you about these so it isn’t really news but it’s here and, as always, I can’t wait to get started. Nicole is one who starts a project and finishes it and doesn’t even think about the next project til the current one is done. Me . . not so much. I need to learn to be more like Nicole!

Floozy Yarn

This is the Miss Babs kit for making Floozy. The knit along has started (on the 17th or 18th I think) so people are already showing their progress. I really want to get started. I probably don’t have the right size needles with me but I’ll look once I finish my Camp Loopy project. I could always borrow needles from Nicole but . . really . . I brought so many projects. I should wait til I get home, shouldn’t I?  🙂

Tangential Blues

This is the yarn I ordered for Tangential Blues. I’m not sure but it may be more variegated than I want for that project. It’s Blue Moon Fiber Arts’ Targhee Worsted. I have a couple of other colors at home that would work. This KAL doesn’t start til the end of October. I’ll see about the yarn I have at home – plenty of time to think about that one.

I’m not sure where Nicole put her yarn. One of hers isn’t here yet and it may or may not get here before I leave but one of hers is and I may know where she put it. If not, I’ll have to wait til she gets home and get her to get it for me.
