I promise you we walked out and found these turtles there. We didn’t put them there. The chickens aren’t too sure about them.
Obviously that was in Missouri . . we had green grass!
Those were my first ever chickens. When we moved, one of the hygienists at our dentist office already had a few chickens and she took them. That’s been seven years ago and I doubt any of the are still alive but maybe some of their offspring are . . I have no idea but those were good chickens. Even the turtles liked them! 🙂

And you’ve learned so much more about chickens since then! But probably not turtles. =) I know, though, that around Crystal City, Texas, there are bazillions of turtles, and in Uvalde, too, so maybe you have them and know more about them, as well.
