Thanks for the comment to try a different tracker. Here’s the one from Carb Manager, and with the same foods as I had put into the other tracker but the Carb Manager is almost exactly where I need to be. In order to lose 1.5 pounds per week, it has me having 14 net carbs per day but I’m not worried about having 19 today. The chili is kinda high carb.
I’m not very close on fat and protein, a little over on net carbs and calories. I’m happy with today’s food.
Also, I didn’t have a stevia soda this morning. I want to not have any and will save those for the times I’m having a caffeine headache.
Thanks again for answering my questions and for all the links, tips and advice. I’m so hoping I’ll be successful with this and Vince will want to try at least a modified version. He did come in and ask if I was going to make bread today. Yes . . I will make bread today!
