Yes, unicorns must really be mystical and mischievous! On July 25, Overstock sent the shipping info, including the UPS tracking number. That number went to NY and was delivered yesterday. I called Overstock and they were going to send out a totally new package. They told me they’d send an email about that one and they never did so I don’t know if it got sent or not.
Today, I got a note from UPS that my Overstock package would be delivered today. Originally, it was scheduled to be delivered August 3. This package has a totally different tracking number but was also shipped on July 25.
Unicorns
I called Overstock to see about stopping the second package but since I don’t have an order number, they couldn’t find it. I have a feeling there never was a second shipment but that’s fine .. I have the bedding I ordered.
This totally was not the fault of UPS. It’s a mixup in Overstock’s shipping department.
I’m happy it’s here and I’ll have it in time to take on my next trip to MO.
Speaking of unicorns, I picked up this little charm today at Hobby Lobby. My new strategy is that anywhere he takes me shopping, I’m going to find something to buy for Addie and sooner or later, he’ll decide it’s more cost effective to leave me at home.
Unicorn
I haven’t been able to find her a real unicorn but I’m doing my part to feed the child’s unicorn obsession. I also got a dainty little pink leather lace and when I get there, we’ll make her a necklace.

Do you have an embroidery machine? If so you can embroider unicorns on shirts etc. If not then Janome 350E is just over $1,000. You’re welcome. I enjoy helping folks to spend their money.

My “Addie” is my 5-year old granddaughter Keelyn, and she is a big unicorn fan, too. She starts kindy in a couple of weeks and her lunch box and backpack have rainbows and unicorns on them. She would LOVE a unicorn necklace like that one. I’ll have to look tomorrow when I’m in the town that has a Hobby Lobby. It’s so fun to spoil those grandchildren, isn’t it?

My shipping pet peeve–UPS Surepost and FedEx Smartpost. Packages shipped by those methods go around the world I think before ever getting to me via the post office. Ordered t-shirts from Eddie Bauer on July 31 and won’t get the shirts until maybe August 8. I personally can mail something from Montana to Arkansas and it arrives in two days!

Amazon has a ride on unicorn. Smart Gear Pony Cycle for kids 4-9. I got the pony for my granddaughter for Christmas and its well made and very cute.
