This is kinda weird but what else would you expect from me?
The yarn is Mrs. Crosby’s Reticule. It’s a laceweight but I could not read the color.
I went through the stash listings on Ravelry searching for “Beuce” and couldn’t find anything. Then I had it narrow the search to greens without putting a color name and couldn’t find any. I went to The Loopy Ewe and they don’t seem to carry Reticule. I went to ESK and didn’t see the color listed. Then I remembered it was one of the monthly special colors at ESK and then I found it . . “Bruce”. Good grief. Now I see that it’s an “r” but it surely looked more like Beuce or Bevce than it does Bruce.
Anyway, I don’t know what I want to make. The funny thing is that I don’t even really like the color but I think with some gunmetal colored beads, it could be a very pretty shawl.
I have no idea what pattern I’ll use but this might be my next project after Camp Loopy is done.

What? You don’t like the color? I can’t be friends with you anymore. LOL That color is GORGEOUS!

I took one look at the label and my first thought was “Bruce,” though that seems a strange name for a yarn. Not so strange a name for one of my favorite musicians (Springsteen).

I actually love the color, and the look of that yarn. I know it’s going to be beautiful in it’s new form.
