One tray has a little corner carved out for some mashed elderberries.
Not bad for a first year crop since we just got those bare root elderberries in February. I’ve already picked several cups and will probably get several more cups. I will boil the dried elderberries in the fall and make elderberry syrup. I would love to make jelly too but syrup is my priority. Maybe next year I’ll get enough to make syrup and jelly.
