I’m kinda messing up my plan! With all the leftovers being freeze dried, that’s not leaving leftovers for the weekend and I ended up having to cook Saturday and Sunday!

I agree with Linda. take a week off and sew. I finally have gotten smarter and cook to two meatloaves at time and two to three roasts and freeze. When company is coming I thaw a roast, finish cooking the last 30 minutes with my potatoes and done. I have always cooked my chicken for casseroles, etc. in advance.
