The kraut maker just arrived.
I was giving the UPS guy a hard time. I asked him . . why is it that when I’m waiting for something, you come late. If you’re bringing something I don’t care about, you come early? I told him it was a kraut maker and I was anxious to use it. He told me he LOVES kraut so I told him I’d give him a jar once it’s made. I would say I was bribing him to come earlier but we don’t have a designated driver. We never know which driver will show up but I told him . . any time after about three weeks, knock on the door and ask me for a jar of kraut!
Now . . let’s just hope it turns out good since I’ve already promised him a jar.

Just a note – it takes at least 4 weeks for all the good bugs to grow! The flavor is SO good the, too! 🙂

That was fast, it seems to me. You were just talking about it and now there it is! I look forward to reading about this adventure, too!
