Nicole told me yesterday that I had some big shoes to fill! She was talking to Addie about when “Granny” was coming and Addie was planning all the things we would do while I’m there.
Addie: Oh! Can Granny bring a sheep?
Nicole: A real sheep?
Addie: YES!
Nicole: I don’t know but we can surely ask her.
Nicole told me that Addie was happy at the possibility of me bringing a sheep and then she turned around and said “A unicorn too!” Nicole said “A real one?” Yep . . a real unicorn.
So, if any of you see any real unicorns for sale, you might let me know. I told Nicole that I could probably do the sheep . . though I won’t because Chad would make me bring it back to my house, but I am not optimistic about the real unicorn. Not ruling anything out but . . they are *really* hard to come by! 🙂

Elizabeth Hartman has a pattern out that makes a lovely unicorn pillow or quilt! I wonder if that would do! It’s Lisa the Unicorn if you want to check it out.

I think a wonderful Granny could sew up a sheep and a matching unicorn with yellow yarn for his horn. There are so few unicorns and sheep left that we want to protect them!! Don’t we all have a little magic we use at times!! I did figure out a unicorn Halloween outfit for my oldest on year when she decided to be one about a week before the big night. I know you can do it..

When we were coming home from Branson a few years ago….there were goats in with the horses. My son was half asleep and yelled there’s a unicorn! The horse was grazing and the goat had its head just right behind the horse. We’ve never let him forget about the unicorn in Missouri!
Elizabeth Hartman has really cute patterns. I just quilted her llama pattern for someone.

Maybe Addie would be happy with Sheep and Unicorn pillows for her the bed in her new room.

Aren’t grandkids wonderful? 🙂

Gotta love that girl. She still thinks there’s nothing her granny can’t do! Unicorns are only visible to virgins aren’t they? Maybe Addie better find her own! ?

I have a stuffed sheep with black legs you can have to give to her! has a little bell on it! It is about 7 or 8 inches high (maybe more). And it is about 12″ long.
