These are the socks I’m making from yarn I’ve had for 10 years. Aged to perfection! My goal over the weekend was to get the heel turned so I could do the easy part in the car while going to a doctor’s appointment out of town.
The color is so wrong on that photo . . they’re really going to be pretty. I’ll get an outside photo soon.
The heels are not completely finished but they’re finished enough that I can do them without having to pay real close attention. I’d like to get these finished soon. It all depends on how long of a wait we have at the doctor. Not really . . I hope the wait isn’t long enough to completely finish the foot on a pair of sock but . . you never know.

I should finish the toes during my lunch hour today, if not, tonight. Good thing, the next pattern arrived this morning. Magnolia Socks. I’m not doing pinkish yarn, because I don’t have any on hand. I have blue, but I may change my mind and dye some pink….not sure yet.

I just saw the magnolia socks too. So pretty! Mine aren’t going to be pink either, maybe green or some other stash yarn that catches my eye.

Even if this was the true color, they are very pretty! You do such good work!!

Oh, I hope it wasn’t that long!

wearing my winter rose socks as I read this, your yarn is very nice. I have a nice tonal deep pink for the magnolia socks and the pattern looks lovely.

Very nice! I may have to break down and buy this pattern. Oh, and check out the magnolia one, too!
