Yesterday evening Vince was going to put the chickens up. He came back to the back door and said “Come out here!” I knew he had something for me to see so I grabbed my camera. I got outside and he said “Come, see this!” I was following him, camera in hand, and we got all the way out to the chicken coop. He turned around and said “Where are you going?” I said “You told me to come out here!” He said “I meant for you to see the sunset.” Well . . you didn’t tell me that! He said “Go back towards the house!” Yes, sir!!
Later, he came to the door and said “Come, see this!”
I couldn’t get too close but Cat is stalking a bunny. We’re not going to have any rabbits left if Cat doesn’t stop having rabbit for a midnight snack. I watched for a second, then walked closer so the bunny would run. I told Cat . . go find mice and snakes and leave those bunnies alone! Cat has gotten so fat and lazy, I’m surprised he even catches the rabbits.

I never thought about Cat doing those things. I thought he was a freeloader! LOL

I have read that well-fed cats are better hunters than too-hungry ones, but didn’t think Cat bothered! Too bad we can’t choose what the cat hunts.
