Chad, Nicole and Addie are on vacation and are at my uncle’s place on a lake. Addie is doing what she loves best – fishing!

I think she’s grown 6″ taller in every picture I see of her. It’s only been since November that I saw her and she looks so much bigger.

She’s happy to be fishing with her new pink rod and reel! Poor Chad! He didn’t have a chance . . with my love for lime green and Vince’s constant wearing of green shirts.
Nicole told me that when they got into Texas, she had this conversation with Addie:
Nicole: Addie! We’re in Texas! Do we know anyone who lives in Texas?
Addie: Grumps!!
Nicole: Who else?
Addie: (Began naming off random people who do NOT live in Texas)
Nicole: I think we know someone else who lives in Texas!
Addie: That lady who knits!!
I said “Does she really not remember me?” and Nicole said “No, she was just being silly!”
That’s one way to get me to move back to MO . . with or without Vince . . if Addie can’t remember me!
I so wish we were there at the lake with them but there’s too much going on right now . . seems there’s some kind of medical something almost every day.

That made me laugh,Addie’s “that lady who knits”, if she was being silly she has a great sense of humor. Does she get that from her dad? So cute, and she does look like she’s grown a lot, going to be tall!

I feel your pain! We schedule everything around doctors appointments! I just wish Pat would get to feeling better. Maybe when the weather gets better and he can go play disc golf he will feel a lot better and gain more strength.
