Hello Everyone,
Recovery is coming along. I had the first part of my sleep study this week at the hospital in Brady, TX. If you need a study and you are near, I highly recommend you give them a try. I go back after a week or so to have part two of the study, where I get fitted for the correct CPAP machine and mask. Next week I have my interview to start cardio rehab and I am looking forward to getting some energy back. We have been eating healthy and I am starting to get around better since my incision is almost healed. I imagine in a few more weeks, hopefully, I will be better than before. Judy has her honey do list ready so, as soon as I get the ok from my doctor, I am sure I will be busy for a while and I am sure I will have some exciting stuff to communicate and even get back to thinking about retirement. That’s about it for now but remember – as my daddy always said, don’t live in the past or your will miss the present! Ciao

So glad you are feeling better! Remember your body has been through a lot in the last month! I worry about my husband. His heart attack was last April. (had a 5-way bypass in-no heart attack) He got over the one stent last April in a timely manner. However they had to do 2 more stents in June and then a defibrillator in October. He did not get over the last two as quick. In fact he is still not doing too well, has some days he doesn’t have any energy at all and others he tries to d too much. Just take your time and you will get better. Don’t try to rush it. Even if Judy has a list for you! LOL

Happy to hear you are doing better. I suggest you read up on the difference in a CPap machine and a BiPap machine. Ask your doctor if you can qualify for a BiPap. I have used both. A BiPap is much easier and more effective. Rest and recover.
