Cat is such a creature of habit. Every morning I feed her, then I leave the shop door open and she goes upstairs to her “hiding spot” where she sleeps the day away. If I have to leave during the day, I just close the shop door and she’s perfectly happy inside.
I’m not sure that’s what we expected of a feral cat. We were thinking more in terms of killing mice and snakes! Not Cat . . she eats, she sleeps, she eats more and then she sleeps more.
When I went upstairs yesterday, she began purring when I was trying to take her picture. She’s come a long way from that cat that used to sit across the room and hiss at me.

Food does the job when it comes to taming animals. Do you remember what’s in all those tubs? I’m always getting surprised when I start going through stuff in the storage area.
