The plan was that I would make an Angel Food Cake for Vince’s birthday but then we got busy. We’ve had so much going in and I never got the cake made so I ended up ordering cake balls. There’s a lady here in town who makes them. I’ve never had them but all my local FB friends were loving them so I decided to try a dozen “assorted” cake balls. That has to be better than eating a whole cake, right?
Cake Balls
They were every bit as good as everyone said they were. Vince said I like them because there’s more icing on them than on regular cake . . maybe but the inside is so tasty and moist. I think we should treat ourselves to these at least once a month if we do well in other areas of our healthy eating. A reward for good behavior!

Vince you and I have the same birthday. But I am older. Past Social Security age plus a few years.
Those cake balls look great. I am diabetic but by eating better I have it under control with no diabetic medication. Less food a little loss of weight and more exercise.
Worth the changes.
