This morning I asked Vince what he wanted for breakfast and he requested Nordic Pancakes again. That means he really did like them.
One of them even accidentally kinda looked like Texas. Or, it kinda looks like a tornado . . or an ice cream cone. See . . it doesn’t take much to entertain me! 🙂
For those who were asking about gram/measure equivalency . . I make half the recipe so my goal was about 83 grams, which came to about 1/2 cup plus 1 T. flour. My guess is if you’re making a full recipe, you would just just a tad over 1 cup of flour for the 165 grams.

I think it looks like an ice cream cone. 🙂

A chicken? Upside-down.

Do you see pictures in the clouds, too? 😀
It doesn’t look like you’re using elderberry syrup (I noticed wellness mama suggested pancakes).

I do see pictures in the clouds and I’m always looking for them.
We have used elderberry syrup on regular pancakes but I think it would be a bit overpowering on these delicate Nordic pancakes, which are more like crepes.
