I may be a little prejudiced but I think Cat is beautiful. She’s really such a sweet cat and she craves attention but she’s so afraid to relax.

Yesterday she was sitting on my car when I walked by. I think she thinks if she isn’t looking at me, I’m not there. Isn’t she beautiful? It seems like just yesterday, but it’s been almost three years, that she would jump off my car and run the minute she saw me coming towards her.

There’s that look. She scares me because I know she’s not comfortable but I can walk up to her. I don’t try to pet her when she’s up there because it would be way too easy to slap me with those claws.

This is why I’ll never get a new car til we get a garage. She thinks it’s there for her. I guess it kinda is . . I find myself apologizing to her when I have to use it!

She is a beautiful cat. She might be as tamed as she’s going to get, or she may calm down even more. she’s had some tough times that taught her not to trust.

My cat has that same face, and she’s as tame as they come. I think it’s the “queen” face! I realize when I see it that I am just the handmaiden… haha! Cat is beautiful, and a survivor for sure.

She looks just like my granddaughter’s tortie cat; and she is the same way, she wants petted ALL the time! Trust me that little girl never went through the tough times that Cat has. I think it is just some cats have that hard wired in their personality. Just like my daughter’s cat, who looks like Thief, is a scaredy cat, won’t even go outside.
