Just finished Addie’s socks.
Addie’s Socks
For the first quarter Eat, Sleep, Knit Knit Along, it was anything by Tin Can Knits. You got a bonus star if you knit the same design in two different sizes and you get two stars if you use 801+ yards. There’s also a badge for “Mini-Me” where you knit something for you and a child. I knitted three pairs of socks – XL for Vince, Small for me and Child for Addie and used 814 yards total so that gives me all available badges/points for this project.

There’s also a “Zodiac badge” where, during the year, you knit 12 of anything. For Q2, you knit a pair of socks and if you knit three pairs, you get a bonus star. So, I’m going to knit socks for my Zodiac badge.
There’s three pairs right there, and I’ve done my fade pair so that’s four pairs already. I actually finished another pair but those were started last year and for the Yarnathon, they would have to be started and finished in 2018. Four pairs finished in January . . that’s good! Actually, that’s great! 🙂

Love these socks and I am always amazed at how fast you are able to knit your projects. If I had started on Addie’s socks, I’d still be working on them!

They all look great. I’ve never had any hand knitted socks. The way the heel is constructed makes them look so comfortable. Know Addie will love hers.

You probably have the information somewhere if I would just hunt for it! Since I’m lazy right now, please the color, other details about the yarn. It is beautiful! I would wear Vince’s sox; so would the hubby.
