Last night I made Cherry Compote from Pressure Cooking Today. So easy and so delicious.
The recipe called for a 16 oz. bag of frozen cherries. Our store had only 12 oz. bags and using the 12 oz. bag and scaling down the other ingredients, it made a full pint.
This would make a great, quick and easy dessert when having company or . . a great dessert for two old folks sitting at home with nothing better to do!

Thank you for sharing! I LOVE blueberry compote but never thought to make it in my pressure cooker. I’ll have to try the cherry compote as well as adjust the recipe for my blueberry compote.
