The yarn for the secret project arrived yesterday.

You know how much I love to share what I’m working on and this is such a fun project but I’m going to keep this one under wraps except for a few vague comments just so you know I am working on something.
Last night I wanted to cast on so badly but I knew it would take my undivided attention and I didn’t want to try that with Vince home so as soon as he was out the door this morning, the critters were cared for and the kitchen was picked up, I cast on.
My goal is to have it finished by the end of the weekend but, I would give myself about a 2% chance of meeting that goal . . and that’s probably being overly optimistic.
I was able to knit exactly 30 minutes before I had to stop and get lunch going. Most of the time, I find a balance between my knitting and necessary chores.

Ok, Judy, how about telling us the name of the color of yarn and weight… at least we can live vicariously wishing we were knitting with yarn as beautiful!
