Knitting Report – Jan. 19, 2018

It seems like it’s been a good week as far as knitting. I think a lot of it was due to it being so cold and not getting outside much.

Patterns Added:

• Glymur – This is a Jennifer Weissman pattern. I love her designs and patterns and missed out on test knitting tis one so I was happy to get the pattern when it became available. I have some Madelinetosh DK that I think I will use.
• Adorable Ankle Socks – Free
• DaPunzel Tuch – This looks like something where I could use up a bunch of leftover sock yarn and it was free when I found it.
• Free Your Fade – This is what I’m using with the leftovers from my fade sock project.
• River of Dreams – I love this big cable.
• Ubergang – Love this one. It’s brioche which, so far, I have not been successful knitting but I’m going to get it!
• Out of the Fog – I bought this one because it looks warm and I was freezing and I have yarn here that will work.

Yarn Added:

Yay! The yarn finally arrived. There were three skeins of Cascade 220 that arrived and I forgot to take the picture of that. This one is Manos Gloria. There are 6 skeins of Oceana and 2 skeins of Vereda.

Projects I Worked On:

UFO #1 – Socks on a Plane – This project was started in March, 2017 so it isn’t my oldest project but I’m happy to have them done.

The fade socks were finished.

Free Your Fade – making good progress on that.

Knitting Plans for next Week:

1. Hue Shift – Yarn is yere. Yarn is wound and I am going to start this today!
2. Finish Vince’s socks.
3. Make more progress on Free Your Fade

These numbers do not count hibernating projects. Some hibernating projects have not been started but the yarn has been set aside so I keep them in my “projects” for my own ease of planning. Some hibernating projects should be ripped back and forgotten about. These numbers are the projects that really should be finished.
