Free Your Fade
This project is easy and it’s going quickly. I can’t wait to get to the next color. The designer used three full skeins of yarn and I’m using leftovers of five skeins so my spacing will be a little different. I’m kinda playing it by ear so we’ll see how that works.

It is beautiful. I started my Free Your Fade last weekend. I am up to about 120 stitches. I am only using 3 colors. I had to fade my first one a section early, because I ran out of yarn I was using a remnant. I am really enjoying it so far. I love the way the edges look. I have knit some other patterns lately that I didn’t love the edges on.

So pretty – finished off my “melting moments badge” shawl last night and am wearing it today. I can see more “fading/melting” projects in my future with all those single hanks of sock yarn in the stash.
