Even though I spent two or three hours with my knitting group today, I don’t have a lot to show for it but we talked and laughed a lot and that counts for something.
I did a few rows on Vince’s socks. Why is it that when I get so close to finishing a project, that’s when I’m so easily sidetracked by something else? My goal is to have these as a finished item by Friday’s Knitting Report.
Vince’s Socks
Why did I start another pair of socks? Because I wanted to do a toe up two at a time on one needle practice run. It’s going to be just as easy as the top down . . I knew it would be but I love this yarn so much. It’s Blue Moon’s Tigger Targhee in Mr. Mint and it’s not the first pair of socks I’ve made (or at least have started) in this yarn . . same exact color. I love it. This pink makes me happy!

Tomorrow, I’m either going to make a square for the Hue Shift Afghan or start my fade socks. Or, maybe I’ll do both! Oh, that reminds me . . I need to get beans on to soak for the baked beans I’m going to make tomorrow. Good thing I remembered that, huh? 🙂
