We had plenty of good food for our Christmas Dinner, which was actually lunch, and the best part is that we’ll have leftovers for several days. There are several restaurants I want to visit before we leave so we may end up having leftovers to freeze and bring home.

Mac & cheese, and spinach madeline. We had rolls, pink “salad” that had cherry pie filling, cool whip, mandarin oranges and I don’t know what else but it was good. We had rolls and chocolate pie.
It was great time spent with my family. It’s been about 20 years since I spent Christmas in Louisiana so I’m very happy we made the trip and had the time together with my uncle and Sherry.
