Finally, this is what it says on the house Chad and Nicole are buying.

There’s still a lot to get done . . inspection will be Thursday . . Nicole told me “Thursday” yesterday but I bet it’s next Thursday and not today. Then the appraisal and heck . . I don’t even know what else has to happen.

That’s one of my favorite pictures. Hard to believe they’ve all changed so much in five years . . especially Addie. The picture was taken at their first apartment that was so cute. I’m hoping with them getting their own place and having more room, MAYBE next Christmas we can go there. Addie will be 6 by then and I have never spent Christmas with her!

Hope they have a home inspection? Most lending companies and banks require them in Texas.

Of course Addie’s cute in that picture but so is Nicole..she looks like a baby! LOL I hope you guys get to go there next Christmas and spend it with your little family. That’d be so wonderful!
