Boiled Crawfish! Yum.
Counting down the days til I’m back in Louisiana. I doubt I’ll be able to find boiled crawfish but there have been times when they were available this time of year. You can bet if we find them, we won’t ask “how much are they?” nor will I remember that I’m supposed to be on a budget.
