This guy’s antlers look a little asymmetrical.
When I first looked at the picture, I thought . . what are those two lights he’s looking towards but then I realized it’s two more sets of eyes.
This raccoon figured there had to be a way to reach the water and since those things can get anywhere they want to get he had no trouble climbing up the side of that tank.
There’s the asymmetrical small buck drinking. I’m glad there are no mirrors in the woods. I’d hate for him to feel like he was different from all the rest.

Different is good. Makes things interesting. Never boring. My daughter had a T-shirt when she was young that said ” I don’t want to be normal ” She wasn’t!!

That would be one the guys would cull from the gene pool at the ranch.

We aren’t that picky. It isn’t high fenced so anything and everything passes through here and unless we’re going to eat it, we don’t shoot it and we don’t eat bucks so . . unless one of the neighbors shoots him or he gets hit by a car, he’ll be around for a while longer.

Thanks for sharing those pics. Maybe that young buck has already been playing those “reindeer games” that the guys play before they have to do the real thing??? Seeing the animals at night looks a little like Christmas this time of year.

I had to have Ernie explain to me why their antlers are like this. I love trail cam pictures. You never know what you’ll see.
