Yesterday, on one of my Ravelry groups, I saw a note about a knitting designer who had been injured in an accident and I read the story. This lady is very lucky to have survived this accident. We never know how blessed we are because something like this could happen to any of us most any day.
I clicked the link to her Ravelry store and she has amazing patterns. I have not yet made any of her patterns but they all have good ratings. I have purchased several of them. Probably, the money she makes from selling a few patterns isn’t a huge help but I hope it shows her that we support her and care about her and wish her the best in her recovery. I cannot imagine having the physical injuries she has but the emotional injuries are probably pretty tough too . . knowing she was one of the few that survived this accident.
Please check out her patterns if you’re in the market for designs that are intriguing and probably a bit difficult.
She does have several “Beginner’s Lace” designs but even those don’t look simple but I’m trusting that they are.

This made me curious about what type accident she was in but I’m not a Ravelry member (I’m a quilter, not a knitter) so couldn’t read the story.
