That’s me! Selfish, sneaky wife! This morning, you already know . . I made bread. I made pie. My knee was killing me. I don’t know what to do with that knee.
Then the propane man came and I had to walk all over the place because there’s the tank out by the greenhouse. I had to chase the chickens back so they wouldn’t escape when I opened the gate. My knee was really killing me. And it killed me to write a check to fill up three propane tanks. Is there a propane shortage to go along with that dachshund shortage? We ended up using someone who isn’t our regular propane guy because the other company was 25 cents cheaper per gallon and when you need over 400 gallons, a quarter a gallon . . well, that’s yarn money in my book!
Vince wasn’t coming home for lunch. I thought . . those little lobsters from Aldi aren’t very big so I’ll fix myself two. I deserve it. I figured Vince would never know I was a glutton and had two small lobsters for my lunch.
I grated two small potatoes to make myself hashbrowns. Just about the time the lobsters got done steaming, guess who showed up. Busted! Yes! Vince! He usually gets home for lunch at 11 but it was 12:30 and since he told me he wasn’t coming home, I figured the coast was clear. I knew that was going to happen. It’s a darned good thing I wasn’t doing anything worse than sneaking two lobsters for lunch, right?

Vince is the sneaky one showing up when he said he wouldn’t. LOL

Ha ha… worse like buying yarn? 🙂 Judy, you crack me up, keep me informed, and keep me tempted to start way too many projects all at the same time. Thanks to you, though, I’m about to finish the first pair of socks I’ve made in a long time,so please keep up the good work!

My right knee was also killing me earlier this year. I went to physical therapy and couldn’t believe it actually helped. We strengthened the muscles around the knee and did hurt doing it, but feels great now. Just a suggestion.

My right knee’s been killing me for the past 2 months non-stop (before it was off and on). Got an appt. tomorrow with chiro. A friend of mine went to him with less than 1 mil meniscus (near bone on bone), the dr did stem cell therapy and now he has 5 mil meniscus. Not sure that’s my prob but whatever the prob, I don’t want surgery if at all poss. Will see what this guy has to say.

I found that getting orthotics from the Chiropractor really helped my knee. Once I was no longer rolling my ankle the knee hurt a lot less. I am near bone on bone in the knee so I still get some inflammation everyday but not as bad. I have learn to stop drinking soda and avoid the food that give me issues which also helps.
