Picking Satsumas

Dad has quite a few citrus trees. I really miss being able to grow oranges and lemons . . and green grass!

This year two of Dad’s trees are producing the sweetest satsumas ever. We ran by there yesterday to pick some of them to bring home with us.

Addie loves my dad. We walked in their house and she went straight to give him a big hug.

He showed her how to cut the satsumas off the tree.

Then Addie played on the trailer and ate a satsuma while visiting with dad.

I know he enjoyed spending time with her and I’m glad for the time she gets to spend with him.
