Knitting Report – November 17, 2017

I’m still not home yet but have had a few minutes this week so I wanted to get a knitting report done.

Patterns Added:

Even though I haven’t had much time for knitting, that hasn’t stopped me from buying patterns but, in my defense, it’s been three weeks since I posted a knitting report so this isn’t so bad for three week’s worth of new patterns. Some of these I mentioned in an earlier blog post.

Fox Paws – This is intriguing.  I think it would be interesting to knit and, it’s beautiful.
Sheaves of Barley Brioche Shawl – I am determined to get proficient at brioche.
Wave Envy
Ever Again
Gloriole Beaded Lace Shawl – Another Anna Victoria design.
On Dasher Knit Stocking
Soli Deo Gloria Shawl
Faded Beanie – Free as of this writing.
Alliteration – Free as of this writing. Another good scrappy project.
Aurora Borealis Hat – I have the matching scarf pattern. Love the look of all her patterns but have never been brave enough to try one.

 

Yarn Added:

Yarn has arrived at home but I’ll report on it when I get back and get photos.

Projects I Worked On:

Brickless – I started this one just yesterday when I finally gave up on trying to do lace and bead knitting.

It’s Miss Babs Yowza, color is Lost Treasure.

I had been working on Pearla Lace Shawl using the purple/gold yarn from Wendy’s Wonders.

I worked on Mi Casa Wrap a bit while at my uncle’s but there was counting and I couldn’t devote enough attention to it so I didn’t get very far.

This is all Miss Babs Kaweah yarn.

Knitting Plans for next Week:

I can’t even think of knitting plans for next week. I’ll get home soon and get myself back on track.
