This should start your day with a laugh. If you don’t know Vince, his sense of humor is very dry and he rarely jokes. I drive him nuts with my constant joking.
We were at the grocery store the other night. We were checking out and one of the ladies who worked there, about our age, walked up to him, and said “Where do I know you from?”
Vince looked her straight in the eyes and said “From your dreams last night!”
I busted out laughing. I think the lady was shocked that he said that. I was shocked that he said that. Where did it come from? They talked a few minutes and discovered that her sister lived in St. Petersburg, FL for many years, Vince graduated from high school in St. Pete but there were quite a few years between him graduating and her sister moving there.
Then . . yesterday I was in the eye doctor. When I was sitting there choosing my glasses and options . . who walked in? That lady! I said “You’re the lady from the grocery store!” and we started talking about Vince saying that to her.
I cannot take him anywhere! 🙂

I married my husband nearly 23 years ago. I was very apprehensive about marriage, but he was very persuasive. One thing that finally decided it was the thought that with him I would spend the rest of my life laughing more than crying. And, after all this time, that has proven true. Congratulations on having a funny husband. They are the best.

I love this story! Vince sounds a lot like my husband, I am always telling people that I cannot take him anywhere.
