Chicken Fried Pork Cutlet

It’s funny/weird that I don’t like chicken fried steak but I like chicken fried pork cutlet, but only cooked at home. Since we have our main meal at lunch, and since I’m never quite sure when Vince is going to get home, it’s hard to make anything fried that has to be “just out of the frying pan” when we eat. I kept seeing a package of pork cutlets in the freezer from last year’s pig we bought from the youth fair so I knew that was something I was going to fix for lunch one day. I like to serve it with Heinz 57 Sauce but when I looked in the fridge to get the Heinz 57, I saw the Jalapeno Cream Sauce I had made earlier in the week (not the original batch) so I thought . . this might work!

Pork Cutlet

The sauce was so good on those cutlets. So good that I can’t stop thinking about it and am wanting to fix it again and it was just Sunday that we had them. I’m so happy I figured out how to make that jalapeno avocado sauce that I love!
