Tamale Dinner
- Leftover beans
- Tamales from the freezer with leftover Jalapeno Avocado Cream
- Guacamole from the store
It was delicious and easy and quick and gave me lots of knitting time. Can’t beat that!
It’s been a lazy weekend around here. We’ve relaxed, watched football games, taken naps. I’ve knitted. Vince has worked on his food plot. It’s been a good weekend so far and with Labor Day tomorrow, we still have one leisurely day. Well . . one leisurely day for Vince . . lots of leisurely days for me.
