The cookbook that has the recipe for the Pineapple cake is A Few of My Favorite Things. The only reason I didn’t put the link in the cake post was because it was in the previous post where I talked about chili. I didn’t think about some seeing the cake post and not the chili post. I assumed that you all read every single post I write and possibly memorize every word. 🙂 Seriously . . I’ll do better.
The cookbook has good, down home type cajun recipes – not the ones from people who are “wannabe” cajuns. Steve’s grandparents were French speaking and barely spoke English. I’ve had this cookbook since 2010 and every recipe I’ve tried has been amazing.
