We’ve all seen clouds all our life. Some days I noticed their beauty but most days . . they’re just clouds. Yesterday Vince and I had gone to town and coming back, the clouds were so beautiful.

I always thought clouds must have so much fun . . just floating along without a care in the world. 🙂
Shortly after getting back home, the clouds changed and became a bit ominous.
Storm Clouds
We got a bit of drizzle out of those clouds. Over towards Fort Worth seems to have gotten enough rain to cause some flooding. Thankful for what we got but it seems we’re always needing more rain.

Storms roared through here around midnight. Lots of noise but very little moisture. Seems like it manages to split and go north/south of us these days.

I look at the clouds all the time. They are beautiful even when they’re ominous. My son texted yesterday saying he was getting hammered. He lives in the part of Ft Worth where they got 2-3 inches. We got spritzed up in my neck of the woods.

I love cloud watching too. This morning I was grateful for the high cloud, it made my walk a little easier.

What I love about TX is the mostly sunny days. Loved living near the CA coast, but the sun doesn’t appear until noon until late summer. It gets awfully hot here, but surprise, NE of Dallas has had storms from light to heavy for almost a week as the day heats up and the sun wants to go down. Can’t complain about free water.

Used to love to sit on the lawn with my dog when I was little and watch the clouds, I would tell my dog all about them. OH wait .. i don’t sit on the lawn but in a chair and tell my dog all about the clouds so I guess nothing has changed in my life .. 🙂

Yep we would also lay on grass too and make things. My hubby and I still do it when we are driving. Coming home from our old house the west sun is directly in front of me. The sky is so awesome I stop and take photos because you will never see one like that one ever again. Like you I love clouds and their beauty. Thanks for sharing.
