With all the snake sightings, I’m so paranoid. Last night I was sitting in my chair and I kept hearing something on the floor beside me. I waited, thinking it would slither off and I would pretend there wasn’t a snake in the house next to my chair.
Finally, I said “VINCE! There’s something down there!” (pointing to the floor). He jumped up . . asking . . what do you think it is? I said “It could be a snake!” He almost laughed but decided I was serious and that was probably not a good thing to do. He walked over to my chair and I was in full blown panic by then. He picked up a piece of paper that was flapping in the breeze created by the fan.
Whew . . dodged that bullet! 🙂

That is to funny though I wouldn’t have sat they and asked hubby to check, I would have been in the air screaming bloody murder. I’m afraid the day I find a snake in the house is the day I move and pronto don’t look back and keep running lol.

After all those snakes you have been finding, I understand why you are jumpy. You know, Purl Soho has a pattern for a knitted snake. I’m not sure if it’s good or bad, but I thought of you when I saw it and I was also thinking who would want such a thing.

Thankfully, you don’t have to worry about snakes inside the house yet. Not about snakes, but other things I’ve scared myself, and it turned out not to be what I feared. It kinda makes me feel silly, once my heart slows down, but that’s how things go sometimes.

Hmmm. I was thinking it was probably a rat and it was really “ticked off”. Lol.

Lucky we don’t have rattlesnakes here in New England, but the cats do bring garter snakes up from the basement occasionally. Charming! At my house, hubby calls Me!

LOL – glad it wasn’t another snake. Ugh.

?You never know…I would not have gotten out of bed to check…not with all the snakes you have seen lately.

I once “killed” a leaf once thinking it was a giant roach. LOL After all your snakes, I’d be in a panic too!
