Outsmarting Cat

I always laugh when I think I’ve outsmarted one of the critters .. even the chickens, because in the end, they always outsmart me.

Water Bottles

When I walk out of the house, the car looks like it’s sprouted two boobs.

A couple of months ago, Vince washed my car and noticed that Cat has been using the rubber gasket around the sun roof as a scratching post and is damaging it. I took it by the body shop and they said it’s ok .. the glass isn’t going to blow out and it doesn’t look damaged enough to leak, but we need to stop it from getting any more damage. Great idea .. YOU tell Cat!

Rug on Car

I had the bright idea to buy a cheap rug at Walmart and cover the sun roof.  I figured putting a couple of gallons of water on it would keep her from getting under the rug. Now, I just have to remember to take the water bottles and rug off the car when I start to use it. 

Vince said we’re not getting a new vehicle til we get a garage so I think it’s time to figure out how to enclose some of that carport area and make a a garage for two vehicles.
